Proposed titles and an abstract (maximum of 500 words, including an indication of sources should be received by May 15, 2006.

Abstracts will be evaluated by the conference's editorial board and the authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to prepare papers of between 3,000-5,000 words, due by August 15, 2006. Electronic submission via email is preferred. Authors who choose to submit hard copies are responsible for the timely delivery of their submissions by the same deadline.

The editorial board will evaluate and ask the authors to revise the papers (if needed) and resubmit camera-ready copies by September 15, 2006. The conference organizers reserve the right to remove from the proposed program papers not received by the published deadlines or that fail to respond to the comments of the editorial board. The accepted papers will be published on the conference webpage and as conference proceedings.
